About Us:

McLennan Group, a 30+ year family-run Warrington based business is actively seeking an Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to contribute to our rapidly growing Electrical Fit-out department in 2025.

The applicant should have, proven experience in overseeing and managing national Electrical contracts, strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, tenders, and bids.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Fitouts, Refits, Maintenance Contracts within the high-end office fitout and warehousing projects nationwide for our Blue chip client database.

  • Good Knowledge of Electrical systems
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met, while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and grow existing contracts through performance improvement and relationship management.
  • Identify and tender for new remedial contracts to expand business portfolio.
  • Monitor contract performance, financials, and KPIs, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance
  • Regularly liaise with clients, addressing any issues or concerns to maintain strong relationships
  • Provide accurate reports on contract performance, progress, and financials
  • Ensure contracts adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations

About you:

  • CSCS card
  • Full driving license.
  • City & Guilds Level 4 in electrical installations (Desirable)
  • Testing and Inspection (Desirable)
  • Design and verification (Desirable)
  • 3 years' experience in related role
  • CAD knowledge advantageous
  • Prince 2 or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Enhanced communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Leadership qualities
