Our client, a growing scaffolding company, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to help take their business to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in construction to play a pivotal role in their expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive pricing for scaffolding projects.
- Conduct take-offs and cost analysis from drawings and specifications.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Monitor and control project costs, addressing variances where necessary.
- Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs and maintain quality.
Experience:
- Proven experience in construction, with a strong understanding of scaffolding projects.
- Expertise in pricing, cost management, and project delivery.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., estimating tools, MS Office).
