We're working with a fit-out and refurbishment contractor, based in Warrington, to source an experienced Quantity Surveyor. They look after their staff, have a strong pipeline of work, and are offering excellent career progression opportunities.

You will join a small team and will play a key role in their growth and success.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be based between their Warrington office and sites across the country. You'll be able to deal with multiple projects simultaneously within an expanding workload with major brand retailers.

You will be:
- A stand alone, autonomous Quantity Surveyor.
- Someone who has demonstrable experience working on a range of different construction projects.
- Someone who can boast a long stint in their work history, displaying stickability and experience seeing projects through from start to finish.
- Able to work within a small team and muck in within a growing business.
- Confident, personable, and have a client facing personality.
