I am looking for experienced Quantity Surveyorsto join my client in the North West. You will be working on both groundworks/Civil Engineering projectsand will be responsible for the commercial managementof thesefor this established and successful contractor.
It is essential that you are experienced at the very least in surveyingfor Civil Engineering or Construction contractors but ideally you will have experience ofgroundworks- roads and sewers, plotworks, drainage, for example and with a specialist in the field.

Depending on relevant experience the salary could be anywhere between 45-75k+ and the package includes a company car, healthcare, bonus scheme and more. There is plenty of room for negotiation for applicants that have exactly the right profile and experience.
This opportunity is open to Quantity Surveyors with 2-5 years experience all the way up to Senior Surveyorswith 10 years plus experience- hence the wide salary banding.
