Our client, a key player in the construction sector, is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis in Warrington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and administering NEC contracts
- Conducting detailed post-contract analysis and reporting
- Handling Contract Value Reports (CVR) and ensuring accurate reporting
- Executing contract administration duties effectively
- Managing change control processes efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ensuring effective communication across project teams
- Utilising advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Job Requirements:
- Substantial experience in quantity surveying
- Strong understanding of contract forms, particularly NEC and JCT
- Experience in contract administration and CVR processes
- Proficiency in change control management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of the water industry is preferred but not essential
