A truly exciting career opportunity has arisen for a capable, ambitious and managerially adept Senior QS / MQS.
You will be number two to the Commercial Manager within the West Yorkshire region of a successful, established business and will help to shape and mould more junior QS's in the department.
They are growing at a fantastic rate and you will need to work at pace on a variety of projects including Health, Education and Housing and will double within the next 4 years.
They currently have a team of 5 and counting, which you will help to grow and your reward if successful will be a step up to Comnmercial Manager whgen ready and within a realistic timeframe.
The client are seeking the following pre-requisite characteristics ..
Your relevant experience:
- Tier one contractor experience
- Ambition to progress within a busy growing company
- Knowledge of NEC (80%) and JCT (20%) forms of contract
- Managerial staff coaching capability
- A leader by example
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to run 3-4 jobsÂ
