My client are a leading property maintenance contractor operating across the UK. They specialise in a range of different sectors including housing, leisure, education, retail, healthcare, and commercial.
They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Duties to include:
- Oversee projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare CVR reports and forecasts.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins.
- Manage costs effectively.
- Measure, price, and evaluate tenders.
- Administer and manage sub-contractor accounts.
- Supervise other surveyors on commercial matters.
- Produce and submit applications for payment.
