My client are a national civil engineering and groundworks contractor delivering high quality services from smaller schemes to larger projects. They provide expertise in all aspects of civil engineering including roads and sewers, highways, groundworks, landscaping, excavation, surfacing, concrete, and rail.

They are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on projects across the North West. You'll be working on schemes up to 3m. Experience within NEC projects is preferred.

As the Senior QS, your role will involve:

  • Cost control and value management strategies.
  • Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
  • Manage cash flow.
  • Manage subcontractor payments.
  • Provide guidance on contractual issues.
  • Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
