Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Warrington (Hybrid Working)
Day Rate: £400/day - £425/day (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for rolling extensions)

The Role?
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering a security and fire safety framework that protects and maintains all water infrastructure in the Northwest. You will manage subcontractor packages within an NEC (Option A) contract framework—focusing on cost management, forecasting, and managing change events.
The project promises a guaranteed £4 million spend each year over the next four years, providing a stable and impactful contribution to the North West’s utilities infrastructure.
Beyond your technical responsibilities, this role offers a genuine opportunity to step into senior leadership. You will mentor junior team members and guide the broader commercial team, positioning yourself for future career advancement within the company.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in security, facilities management, or government asset maintenance projects.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing subcontractors, preparing forecasts, and producing cost variation reports. You should have proven experience within an NEC (Option A) contract framework, along with the ability to support and develop junior staff and contribute to the growth of the commercial team.
