We are seeking an ambitious and engaging sales professional to join a fast-paced organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, is highly confident on the phone and has a keen eye for spotting opportunities.
The Role:
- Engaging with clients to develop long-term partnerships
- Managing inbound and outbound calls (approximately 20 per day) to maintain and grow relationships
- Sourcing new opportunities via social media, websites and industry networks.
- Managing a pipeline of prospects and following up with warm leads to secure agreements
- Maintaining an organised approach to emails, diary management and client communications
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets in a consultative, relationship-driven role
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident communicator with the ability to engage and cultivate conversations
- Someone naturally inquisitive and able to spot opportunities
- Highly organised with strong diary and task management skills
- Experience in a phone-based role, ideally within sales, account management or business development
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to securing and maintaining partnerships
