Due to expansion, we are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager with a strong background in front-of-house operations, managing soft services, and overseeing commercial leases. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of property management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of commercial properties, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, providing a welcoming and professional environment for tenants and visitors.
  • Oversee the delivery of soft services, including cleaning, security, waste management, and maintenance, ensuring they meet agreed-upon standards.
  • Monitor and manage commercial leases, including rent collections, lease renewals, and tenant communications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Assist with property inspections, reporting on condition and coordinating any necessary repairs or improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, property policies, and relevant legislation.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in property management, with a focus on front-of-house operations, soft services, and commercial leases.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
  • A good understanding of property-related legislation and best practices in commercial property management.
