Recruitment Consultant - Engineering

This exciting position is based in our Warrington Office, working within our Engineering team as a Recruitment Consultant.

What does the role involve?

• Managing the delivery of recruitment activities for clients at KPI Engineering
• Build strong and effective relationships with new and existing clients
• Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market
• Monitor the quality of all candidates
• Ensure that adverts are always of good quality and up to date
• Plan to meet the future recruitment requirements of Engineering clients
• Search and identify marketable candidates with specialist skill sets.
• Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process creates a positive client and candidate experience
• Work in close conjunction with the other Recruitment Consultants
• Contribute and support the growth of KPI Recruiting 

What we would like to see from you?

• A driving licence is required for this role to be able to attend client meetings
• Recruitment or sales experience is essential experience
• Experience of the engineering market is essential
• Enjoys sales and negotiation
• Outgoing and ambitious individual
• Able to build strong positive relationships
• Can-do attitude
• Confident problem solver
• Knowledge of the Driving sector is desirable
• Able to keep up to date with changing markets
• Can work to deadlines
• Positive attitude and good sense of humour!
