Job Summary:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates into engineering and construction roles.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize PeopleSoft, ATS, and other recruitment tools to source and screen candidates effectively.- Engage in lead generation activities to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.- Utilize HRIS systems such as Taleo, Salesforce, and Workday for candidate tracking and reporting.- Utilize social media management for talent acquisition strategies.- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools such as PeopleSoft, ATS, Taleo, Salesforce, and Workday.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
