The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, interview, and match candidates to suitable job opportunities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets through business development and networking
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties
