This is a fantastic opportunity to join our vast office in Warrington. We are a leading Education Agency in the North West, with a reputation for growth and we are now looking for a competent and experienced Recruitment Consultant to work within our busy office dealing with Primary, Secondary and SEN short, medium and long term opportunities.

Our Company is built around determination and the will to succeed. Each Consultant is nurtured to reach their potential with regular one to ones/coaching and training. The role is a mixture of new business, calling and emailing existing clients and selling to them, placing candidates into roles, interviewing candidates, visits to clients, negotiating rates in line with the Company margin, ongoing customer service to both clients and candidates.

The role will involve assisting Clients to find suitable skilled and specialist candidates to work in their schools, as well as selling a wide variety of TA’s. Cover Supervisors and Teachers to new and existing clients. You will be skilled at focusing on bringing on clients that bring on the best value to the business and maximising these clients to mainly just work with us exclusively. All candidates are met face to face and safeguarding and compliance are one of our top priorities. Our reputation is built on honesty trust and quality.

You will be target driven, meticulous on the detail and be able to demonstrate exceptional planning and organisational skills. Multi-tasking and the ability to work under pressure, be a strong team player but at the same time be responsible for developing your own desk. You will be a strong and clear communicator, able to inspire and motivate colleagues. You will have high energy and resilience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prescreen effectively candidates and drive them to register with us.
  • Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
  • Review and analyse CVs reject as appropriate
  • Follow Company processes for pre-screening candidates
  • Manage enquiries effectively so that they are dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • Manage undergoing clearance effectively and build good relationships with Resourcers to ensure the undergoing clearance amount is low
  • Manage your workable cleared candidates effectively to ensure you are aware of their availability at all times
  • Find clients and build and grow long term relationships
  • Anticipate clients needs for their staffing by reviewing previous years statistics
  • Focus on top candidates and get them into schools before another agency does
  • Negotiate margins in line with Company guidance
