Realistic Earnings Year 1: £35,000
From Year 2 Onwards: £40,000 and above

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our ongoing success by generating working with our clients to successfully fill their vacancies.
You will achieve this by using our best-in-class ATS tech platform to manage your candidates while having access to extensive recruitment marketing and database’s to ensure you are able to source the top talent for our clients. You will deliver a fantastic recruitment journey for all candidates involved through both telephone and email contact.
This role will involve working independently towards set KPI’s and targets to drive towards your primary goal, which is to engage candidates and promote our clients brands to secure placements for our customers.
This Role Is Suited For:
Individuals experienced in Recruitment, Sales or recent graduates interested in pursuing a Recruitment Career, or those looking to transition into Recruitment.
