We are currently seeking an experienced and established Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful team and be an integral part in the growth and success of a new division.

What will you be doing as a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant:

  • Build and manage your own recruitment desk specialising in the legal sector through regular business development
  • Networking - developing new business opportunities and growing a strong portfolio of clients
  • Update and manage the candidate database using out state of the art CRM Bullhorn
  • Source, screen, and match candidates with client requirements pro-actively facilitating the matching process of candidate to client requirements using various job boards and LinkedIn
  • General administration and compliance support
  • Contribute to branch growth and success- Actively participate in business development activities, including identifying potential clients and sectors for expansion.
  • Negotiate fees, terms, and placements, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Stay up to date with market trends and legal industry developments

About You

  • We are looking for a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant who has a proven track record in legal recruitment, and has a solid understanding of the legal industry and its hiring needs
  • A history of successful placements and relationship building with clients and candidates
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow your own desk and business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Full UK Drivers Licence with access to vehicle for client visits.
