The Role

  • Managing an Industrial and Driving recruitment desk.
  • Placing candidates across the region.
  • Following the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates.
  • Working closely with your clients to develop clients and relationships.
  • Business development.
  • Working closely with the existing team to ensure mutual targets are achieved.

  • Will come from a recruitment background (essential).
  • Can demonstrate a track record of success and achievement within the recruitment industry.
  • Possesses the ability to build and grow long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
