Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Warrington | Salary up to £30,000

You're currently a retail store manager. Or maybe you're an assistant manager or retail department manager. Maybe you're ready for a change?

So how about a change where you can put all your retail experience to good work? We're Zachary Daniels, one of the fastest growing specialist retail recruiters in the UK, and we're looking for a new Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Why choose us?

We work with niche, national and international retail brands. We're growing because we do recruitment the right way. We don't just 'fill jobs'. We work harder to find people who not only have the right skills on paper; they're also the perfect fit for our clients' organisations.

Clients and candidates love what we do (check out our Google reviews). But even more importantly as far as you're concerned, our people really love being part of a team that changes peoples lives.

What you'll need

To be a successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll need to know retail inside out, because you'll be dealing with clients and candidates who do too. You'll be the sort of person who reminds customers what great service actually feels like. And you'll be the sort of confident, engaging, easy-to-build-rapport with type who's got a clever knack of turning clients into friends. You'll also be:

  • Committed - to every candidate & client
  • Resilient - when things don't go your way, you bounce back fast
  • Consistent - in the service you deliver, so people always know what they're going to get from you
  • Determined - to fill every job
  • Flexible - our offices are open 8am - 6pm, Monday - Thursday with a 4pm finish on a Friday, but you'll need to be flexible with your availability to ensure you meet the needs of your candidates & clients.

What's in it for you?

Let's start with the salary. It's up to £30,000, but you can add at least £18,000 each year for meeting your minimum expectations. Exceed your targets and bonuses and quarterly incentives get even more generous.

We'll give you the time, tools and support to find your feet, build your know-how, and lose the 'trainee' part of your job description asap. Then, if you want career progression opportunities, you'll find them here.

And for every candidate you place, we'll plant a tree - so the better you do at your job, the better you do for the planet.

Then there are loads of extra benefits, including:

  • Health care
  • Friday lunches
  • Health & fitness classes

Also, we're closed over Xmas & New Year.
