Role:Sales Office Supervisor & Planner

Location:Warrington, WA1 4RZ

Hours: 37.5 hpw, between 08:00 and 16:00 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and 09:00 to 17:00 Tuesday and Friday

Salary: up to £38,000 pa DOE

Are you ready to lead a dynamic sales office and ensure top-notch support for both customers and colleagues? As a Sales Office Supervisor & Planner, youll guide and mentor our Commercial Coordinators, oversee sales tasks, and manage the planning and logistics of OM equipment. Youll build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers while maintaining processes and documents that support our sales activities.

In this role, youll ensure timely availability of equipment, uphold quality and accuracy in sales administration, and keep critical sales data up to date. Youll also provide regular reports to senior management and take ownership of our sales back office and forecasting tools. Qualifications that set you apart:

  • A high level of understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel in particular)
  • Extensive experience in a busy sales admin role or similar (minimum 3 years)
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively
  • Ability to create reports using MS products
