Business Development Manager required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer of perforated metals and architectural cladding based in Warrington who are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join the team.
Business Development Manager Job Overview
- Identifying opportunities for business development and optimising website enquiries and existing accounts
- Working with the management team to identify commercial risks
- Preparing quotations for customers
- Visiting customers and suppliers to support sales objectives
- Building and creating relationships with new existing customers including architects and architectural metalworkers
- Reporting and monitoring sales forecasts and budgets
Business Development Manager Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales Management with an industrial / manufacturing industry
- Based in a commutable distance of Warrington
- Experience with perforated metals or architectural cladding is advantageous
- Experience using Sage 200 is desirable
- Willingness to travel to customers and suppliers predominantly within Northern England
- Strong time management skills
- IT literate
- Full UK Driving License
Business Development Manager Salary & Benefits
- Salary 35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
- Discretionary annual bonuses scheme
- Mileage reimbursement for travel to customer sites
- Pension 5% employee / 4% employer
