Customer Account Manager, Warrington

Salary circa 27,000 per annum, depending on experience

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer accounts, cultivating strong relationships with clients and providing excellent support to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Taking calls from customers and assisting with enquiry in timely manner
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications to ensure seamless buying journey for the customer
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, promoting customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Develop excellent understanding of product portfolio to ensure best solution is offered to clients
  • Proactively drive sales growth by identifying new business, maximising revenue from existing accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Act as a clear communication channel between clients and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of efficient solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
