Sales Order Processor  – (Uploading Sales Orders / Quotations onto a system).

Warrington - 6 Month Contract (High chance the role will go permanent)

£14 per hour + £1.69 per hour holiday pay

Monday to Friday – Initially a few weeks in the office, Hybrid working following that, 2 days WFH, 3 days in the office.

This well-established business has recently been acquired by a global business and this has helped them continue their dramatic growth plans. To help keep up with the volume of orders they are looking to recruit a Sales Order Processor. This will suit somebody that has previous experience of sales order processing or creating quotations for a variety of products. Day to day responsibilities of the Sales Order Processor will be:

  • Responsible for providing accurate and timely quotations for customers, to manage incoming sales enquiries and produce proposals to meet the requirements of the customer.
  • Opening and loading new quotations and orders into SAP.
  • Answering the telephone and monitoring the UK Aftermarket inbox to deal with related enquiries.
  • To assist in the aftermarket business.
  • Developing aftermarket business liaising with sector managers and the service department.
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure lead times, stock and issues are managed effectively. 

The Sales Order Processor will need the following skills / experience:

  • Experience in processing sales orders / quotations to SAP or a similar system.
  • Any industry is suitable.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle several complex .orders at the same time.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Excellent IT knowledge.
