Description
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance team in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions.
- Processing invoices, transaction reports, and expenses.
- Performing administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and reports.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data.
- Contributing to the efficiency of the company's operations by performing timely and accurate financial processes.
Profile
A successful Accounts Administrator should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
