SJC Partners are delighted to be hiring for a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis for an excellent business based in Warrington working hybrid days.. With excellent staff retention, this business pride themselves on looking after their employees and helping them to develop through their career with an excellent training and development programme. As the successful candidate for the role your job purpose will be to support the finance functions by maintaining accurate records, performing reconciliations, and assisting with reporting. Main Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Reconciliation of financial transactions.
  • Intercompany transfers of funds between accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports along with analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts.
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc duties when required.
  • Reconcile and report month-end.
  • Reconcile receipts received.
  • Resolve day-to-day queries via telephone and email.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for reporting and analysis purposes.
Skills Required:
  • 3 years of experience in a similar accounts position
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
