We are recruiting for Finance Assistant to join our client in Warrington on permanent, full time basis. This role is office based in Warrington. The working hours are Modnay to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
The role:
- Purchase ledger - issuing and processing purchase invoices / credit notes and reconciling the ledgers
- Sales ledger invoicing
- Credit Control - chasing overdue payments
- Dealing with asset register
- Liaise with internal departments
- Dealing with email and phone queries
The experience:
- Previous accounting/bookkeeping experience
- At least intermediate level of Excel
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero or Sage
- Ideally AAT qualified
- Accuracy and attention to detail
