A Finance assistant is required to join an established Accounting & Finance team in the Business Services industry. The successful candidate will have a flair for numerical accuracy and a strong interest in financial management.

Our client is a respected entity in the Business Services industry. This role is to join a busy Finance team of 4 and the role is based in their Warrington office.
Description
- Assist the Finance Team with the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control.
- Process invoices, record payments, and track expenses of the organisation.
- Preparing supplier statement runs.
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Send out reminder letters and monthly statements
- Manage customer credit limits
- Liaise with clients to resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Conduct regular ledger reconciliation and report on any irregularities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Maintain confidentiality of the organisation's financial information.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful Finance assistant should have:
- Previous experience within a Finance position.
- Experience using Sage would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent mathematical skills and an analytic mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with financial regulations.
- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
