- Reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Intercompany transfers of funds between accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports along with analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc duties when required.
- Reconcile and report month-end.
- Reconcile receipts received.
- Resolve day-to-day queries via telephone and email.
- Maintain spreadsheets for reporting and analysis purposes.
- 3 years of experience in a similar accounts position
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
