We are seeking a Finance Assistant for a permanent, full-time position in Warrington.
The role involves managing purchase and sales ledgers, credit control, and handling queries.
Candidates should have previous accounting or bookkeeping experience and at least intermediate Excel skills.
Experience with accounting software like Xero or Sage is preferred, and AAT qualification is ideal.

We are recruiting for Finance Assistant to join our client in Warrington on permanent, full time basis. This role is office based in Warrington. The working hours are Modnay to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

The role:

Purchase ledger - issuing and processing purchase invoices / credit notes and reconciling the ledgers
Sales ledger invoicing
Credit Control - chasing overdue payments
Dealing with asset register
Liaise with internal departments
Dealing with email and phone queries

The experience:

Previous accounting/bookkeeping experience
At least intermediate level of Excel
Experience using accounting software such as Xero or Sage
Ideally AAT qualified
Accuracy and attention to detail
