A newly created role you be working closely with the Finance Manager supporting with the accounts payable process, reconciliations of sales invoices and any ad hoc finance duties as required.

A high level of written communication skills will be required for any administration that is required for invoices, contracts and letters etc.
Description
As the Finance Administrator you will:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Matching and coding invoices
- Resolving queries for any invoice anomalies
- Supporting with sales ledger reconciliations
- Ad hoc finance and company administration as required
Profile
To be successful as the Finance Administrator you will:
- Hold a driving license and access to a car
- Mathematics and English GCSE's Grade C and above
- Computer literate with Excel, Word and outlook
