Our client is looking for part-time Accounts Administrator to join their finance team on permanent basis.The role is based in Warrington, close to town centre and major transport links.

You will be working as a part of small finance team and assist with accounts administration for the company. The role include working 20-30 hours a week, including Thursday and Friday. The role is office based.

Basic pay is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum pro rata the hours.

The role:

  • Company credit card administration
  • Weekly custom clearance submissions
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Update monthly Environmental usage tracker
  • Provide holiday cover for the finance team
  • Assisting with annual stock take administration
  • Assist with other accounting duties as required
  • Payroll administration - collating information for submission to payroll bureau

  • Excellent Excel knowledge
  • Ability to work in faced paced environment
  • Proactive mindset
  • Willing learner / curious about systems and processes
  • Attention to detail with strong numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ensuring all activities are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Confident in using multiple bespoke software systems
  • Ability to perform well both individually and as part of a team
  • Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work

Qualifications Required:

  • AAT qualifications
