Are you a passionate Science Teacher looking for a new rewarding position?

Academics are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to work in a full-time on-going position within one of our popular client secondary schools in Warrington!

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and interactive Science lessons to students across KS3 and KS4 whilst creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and student growth. You will be planning and implementing effective teaching strategies, ensuring all lessons are in line with the national curriculum.

You will also be a part of a supporting department and will be able to collaborate with staff members to enhance the overall Science curriculum and student experience.

What you will need to work as a Science Teacher with Academics:

  • A recognised teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience of teaching Science up to GCSE
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
  • An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to get one (cost applied)
