Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Building Safety Surveyor for a 6-month fixed-term contract covering the Manchester and North West area.
The role offers a salary of £280-£300 per day, with the potential for extension or transition to a permanent position.
Candidates should have experience conducting fire surveys and managing fire risk assessment actions, along with relevant qualifications such as FDIS or NEBOSH fire.
The position involves managing fire risk assessment remedial programs, delivering fire door and compartmentation surveys, and providing technical recommendations.
This is a hybrid role with home-based work and travel required to properties across the North West.

We are actively looking for a Building Safety Surveyor to join a housing association covering the Manchester and North West area on 6 month FTC. In return you will receive, opportunity for extension or become a permanent role, hybrid working and opportunity to manage own diary.

As the Building Safety Surveyor, you will be:

Managing the fire risk assessment remedial programme
Delivering fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys
Provide fire safety technical recommendations off the back of the surveys
Delivery on remedial works and reports to ensure compliance legislation met
Home based with travel to the properties across the North West

Experience and qualifications:

Experience conducting fire surveys
Experience managing fire risk assessment actions
FDIS, NEBOSH fire and relevant building qualification
