We are actively looking for a Building Safety Surveyor to join a housing association covering the Manchester and North West area on 6 month FTC. In return you will receive, opportunity for extension or become a permanent role, hybrid working and opportunity to manage own diary.

As the Building Safety Surveyor, you will be:
  • Managing the fire risk assessment remedial programme
  • Delivering fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys
  • Provide fire safety technical recommendations off the back of the surveys
  • Delivery on remedial works and reports to ensure compliance legislation met
  • Home based with travel to the properties across the North West

Experience and qualifications:
  • Experience conducting fire surveys
  • Experience managing fire risk assessment actions
  • FDIS, NEBOSH fire and relevant building qualification
