Are you a Service Manager from a HVAC background, looking to join a rapidly growing business looking to triple their headcount and turnover in the next five years where you will be the go-to technical expert for all engineers?
On offer is the chance to join an innovative business where you can progress up to director ship level, managing your own small works projects and dealing with blue chip clients like amazon and large data centres across the UK.
In this role you will be managing a growing team of 10 engineers, looking to increase to 15 over the next year, where you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the service department. You will be the first line of support for engineers along with directly dealing and building relationships with clients.
