KPI Recruiting is proud to partner exclusively with a well-respected organisation based in Birchwood. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients via telephone and email, addressing new and ongoing requests.
  • Accurately input client requests into the internal database within allocated timeframes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including transport, maintenance, and onboarding departments.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by effectively managing demand and capacity for allocations.
  • Manage shared and personal email inboxes daily to ensure timely responses.
  • Use various systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and internal databases, to support efficient operations.

About You:

  • Ability to pass a DBS and Criminal Record/Police check (mandatory).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
