Company Overview:Halcyon Care are delighted to be working with a family run Domiciliary care provider based in Warrington, that are looking to expand their services and are looking for several female support workers

Role Overview:They are looking for compassionate and dynamic Female Domiciliary Support Worker to join their growing team. This role requires someone who is not only skilled in providing care but also possesses a great personality to foster genuine connections with their clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving within the local area and engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, companionship, and medication management.
  • Drive clients to appointments or social outings, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, creating a supportive environment.
  • Communicate effectively, attentively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
  • Document care plans and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Must be a female candidate (as per confidentiality policy).
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • A willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
