Meridian Business Supporting are working on behalf of a state-of-the-art College based in Merseyside/Cheshire. They are looking for a Lecturer of Health & Social Care to deliver stimulating and interesting lecturers to their students.

Role: Lecturer of Health & Social Care
Salary: £11,523 to £17,688per year

Temporary to start late September 2024/October 2024

Our partnering Collegeare seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated individual to the role of Lecturer in Health & Social Care. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding area of the curriculum, which boasts continued learner success and achievement.

The successful candidate must work within the Health & Social Care department to support the success, achievement and enjoyment of their learners on their Health & Social Care programmes. The drive to develop curriculum, maintain excellent employer links and provide progression opportunities to our current curriculum offer is a necessity. We are looking for an outstanding staff member to complement and enhance our existing structure and be part of a team that supports colleagues and students.

Ideal candidates will have
  • Have experience of teaching and motivating FE students.
  • Hold a relevant degree; a higher degree is desirable.
  • Have a relevant teaching qualification or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Have GCSE Maths and English (A*-C)
  • Be well organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
