Personal Advisor, Leaving Care TeamPay rate up to £17 per hour The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Personal Advisor to join a Leaving Care team in Warrington.Personal Advisors are the last point of contact for our young people on their journey through care and into adulthood. As a personal advisor, you will start to work with young people from their 16th birthday, forming relationships and contributing to their pathway plan on their journey into independence.The role involves working with a wide range of differing needs/complexities and supporting one of the most vulnerable groups within society, you must be able to work with partner agencies and be prepared to travel/respond to crisis as they arise. We work with young people up until their 25th birthday. Personal advisors can often be the only professional involved with a care leaver therefore, the role includes practical as well as emotional support along with providing advice and guidance or signposting to various support services.Please get in touch for more information.
