We are a leading innovator in our industry, based near Warrington with an opening for an aspiring Junior Developer to join our friendly team, working on tech predominantly written in Python and JavaScript. With an ever growing client base across the globe, we are now in the process of expanding even further.
WHO ARE WE?
We are a well established company with over 20 years experience in our industry. We've grown rapidly since our inception and have users all around the world. You will be supported by the wider team and have the opportunity to pick up more knowledge, particularly around Python and JavaScript. This is a fast paced environment, with plenty of scope to grow and progress both professionally and personally.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Building upon your existing knowledge, you will undergo further on the job training in Python and JavaScript, and be involved with projects from initial concept to release. You will work alongside the wider team in an agile environment, and report into a Lead Developer, there is plenty of scope for you to learn quickly and really add to what we do.
You must have demonstrable knowledge of Python, whether that be through a Computer Science / related degree or through relevant work experience. You will use your skills to work on our complex software systems that are at the heart of our client's businesses. This role is great for an ambitious developer who is keen to pick up new skills and get their career off to a flying start.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
- A degree in Computer Science or a related subject
- OR demonstratable Python / JavaScript experience within a commercial environment
IT IS NICE TO HAVE...
- SQL Server knowledge
