We are looking for a mid-level software developer to join our client's successful construction company. You can be based from either the Warrington or Birmingham office, with twice monthly visits onsite.
This is a full-stack role but we are interested in hearing from people who have strong experience with Java, particularly Jakarta EE, Java EE, Java SE or Spring / Spring Boot.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust applications
- Understand business requirements and translate to technical specifications
- Implement new features and functionality
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Contribute to Agile working
- Ensure future reliability and scalability
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years full stack experience
- Strong Java skills - ideally with Spring / Spring Boot / Jakarta EE / Java EE / Java SE
- HTML / CSS
- Database development e.g. SQL
- Some frontend experience is desirable - they use TypeScript/Angular
