Tradewind is hiring! We're looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Warrington. This is an exciting full-time, ongoing temporary role where you'll play a key part in supporting students with additional needs.

What We're Looking For:

?? Level 2 (or equivalent) Teaching Assistant qualification?? Experience working with children with SEN?? Resilient, positive, and adaptable, with the ability to take initiative?? A team player who can follow the teacher's direction?? Confident in supporting children with additional needs?? Firm, consistent, and fun-bringing a positive approach to learning

Desirable:

? Team Teach training? Experience handling challenging behaviour

Essential Requirements:

?? Enhanced DBS check & satisfactory references?? Full employment history covering the last 10 years (where possible)?? Legal right to work in the UK
