About the Role
Randstad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our network of educators. In this role, you will support students and help them reach their full potential by delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
We work closely with schools across Warrington, offering day-to-day, long-term, and permanent placements. Our tailored opportunities ensure you find the perfect role in a school setting that matches your skills and preferences.
This full-time position at an independent school requires prior teaching experience. Ideally, you will have experience in the independent sector and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and delivering pre-set lessons across different subjects.
- Ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their learning.
- Managing classroom behavior and following school policies.
- Collaborating with colleagues to assess and support student progress.
RequirementsEssential:
- Experience teaching or supporting learning in UK schools.
- Two references from the last five years, including one related to child safeguarding.
- A DBS registered on the update service.
- A comprehensive 10-year job history.
