About the Role:

Premier Recruitment are looking for a dynamic and experienced Floating Centre Manager for a well known fast fit company to oversee multiple locations in the Warrington area. This role is perfect for a motivated professional with a strong background in automotive service management, customer service, and operations. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards across multiple service centres, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an excellent customer experience.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple centres, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.

  • Manage and support centre teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve business goals.

  • Monitor KPIs and financial performance, implementing strategies to improve profitability.

  • Provide leadership and coaching to staff, ensuring development and high morale.

  • Ensure health & safety compliance and company policies are upheld at all times.

  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and operational excellence.

  • Step into centres where needed to support and maintain performance levels.

  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development of staff across multiple locations.

  • Maintain stock levels, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an automotive service centre management or similar operational role.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent understanding of KPIs, financial reporting, and operational performance.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple locations effectively.

  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
