What you’ll doYou’ll deliver a range of professional asset management surveys, including stock condition, asbestos re-inspections, and energy performance assessments. Your expertise will help validate future investment needs and ensure compliance with housing standards, including Decent Homes and HHSRS. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll provide technical advice, maintain accurate records, and contribute to high-quality service delivery.
