The role of the Internal Sales - Bathrooms Products will involve:

  • Internal sales position selling a range of manufactured bathroom products such as: baths, basins, furniture, showers, shower trays, brassware, sanitaryware, taps, sinks, urinals, heating, mirrors, vanity units and accessories
  • You will be selling into bathroom retailers and plumbing & heating merchants
  • Your time will be split 65/35 between inbound queries and pro-active outbound calls
  • Deal with inbound enquiries via telephone, email & web queries
  • Processing orders that come in promptly & accurately
  • Make outbound marketing calls to new & existing customers
  • Increasing stock holding branches and creating product awareness
  • Dealing with typical order values of approx. £300
  • Meeting KPI’s set by the team lead: activities logged, calls, orders processed etc.

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales - Bathrooms Products with:

  • Must have sales or customer service experience, ideally within B2B sector
  • Ideally experience within the bathroom industry however this is not essential
  • Inquisitive nature, chatty and confident phone manner
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • Professional, organised and driven
  • Takes ownership and responsibility
