The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing administrative tasks while providing a warm, professional, and efficient reception service.
Your new role
The position is being offered full time from Monday to Friday. You will be required to work fully on site.

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional demeanour.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Update the holiday tracking system
  • Maintain and update company contact lists and directories.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, for both the construction and sales team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, contractors, and colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
