Seeking a dedicated and experienced Test Engineer to join our Engineering & Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality-assured testing processes for our manufacturing products.

Description
- Develop and implement testing procedures for manufacturing products
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure product quality
- Use technical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve issues that arise during testing
- Maintain a high standard of documentation of all testing procedures and results
- Collaborate with the product development team to enhance product performance
- Assist in training staff on new testing procedures and standards
- Continually improve testing processes and practices
- Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures
Profile
A successful Test Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry
- An excellent understanding of testing methodologies and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Exceptional communication and team-working skills
