  • Experience with grading & workbooks

  • Work with your buying and design team to ensure that your critical path is being managed along with your sample tracker
  • Own all fit processes from grading, workbook management & supplier communication
  • Ability to set up standardised blocks for best sellers
  • Be adaptable to a fast paced environment
  • Create new specs for initial samples, working closely with your wider team to bring newness into the business
  • Confident to review the supply base and capabilities, an ideal applicant may be able to introduce and onboard new suppliers
  • Manage test reports, quality checks, care labels and supplier manuals
  • Request AQL reports from your suppliers and manage the production seal process
