We're looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join their growing team and drive sales in their Warrington Branch.

Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the branch team to identify opportunities, provide product recommendations, and contribute to the branch's overall success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong knowledge of building materials or a willingness to learn.

Profile

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Customer Service

    • Engage with trade and retail customers, providing tailored product advice and solutions to meet their needs.
    • Actively promote the full range of building supplies and services to drive sales.
    • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building long-term relationships to retain and grow the customer base.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate quotes and follow-ups to secure business.
  2. Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local market, including prospecting new customers.
    • Attend networking events and customer site visits to develop and strengthen relationships.
    • Collaborate with the branch team to create promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract new business.
  3. Product Knowledge and Training

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Provide expert advice and recommendations on products, pricing, and availability.
  4. Operational Support

    • Work closely with the branch team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
    • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming branch environment for customers.

Job Offer
