Business Travel Consultant - What Will I Be Doing?* Arranging and managing corporate travel for a diverse client base.* Booking flights, hotels, and other travel services using Galileo.* Providing expert advice and tailored travel solutions.* Ensuring a seamless, professional service in line with client requirements.* Working closely with a small team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Business Travel Consultant - What Experience Do I Need?* At least 2 years' experience in a Business Travel role.* Proficiency in Galileo ideally but other GDS will be considered for cross training.* A strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.* The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, varied role.* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as the office is not accessible by public transport.
What else do I need to know?The team are absolutely lovely - people stay here - there is a real family feel. You might be off for a walk together around the countryside at lunchtime or have lunch brought in for you at the office around team meetings Part-time hours: Monday - Wednesday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. THis is a fully office based role.
